Jetour has been making waves in the UAE with its trendy line-up of SUVs. The Dashing is one of the stylish and feature-loaded Chinese compact SUVs that is on sale in the country. The Jetour Dashing boasts a head-turning exterior. The grille stretches across the front of the car without a visible frame, creating a smooth, unified look. Colour-matched accents personalise the front fascia. Stylish 20-inch wheels and flush door handles highlight the sculpted sides. 

The wraparound taillights are visible from the side, hinting at the unique split spoiler and sharp angles at the rear. The sloping roofline towards the rear gives the Dashing a sleeker profile. A diffuser at the rear completes the look. Interestingly, it does not use a rear lightbar.

The Dashing offers ample room on the inside for 5 people. The light leatherette upholstery, panoramic sunroof, and ambient lights add a touch of airiness to the cabin. 

A couple of trim pieces are finished in bronze along with some wood present on the dashboard, which adds to the premium feel of the cabin. The two-spoke steering wheel and the floating centre console are modern touches.

The Jetour Dashing is powered by a 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox that drives the front wheels.

The 1.6L turbo-petrol engine produces impressive power and torque figures. This paired with a smooth and responsive 7-speed gearbox gives you an engaging driving experience. It might not be the quickest SUV, but it is certainly an exciting one considering the price bracket.

The Dashing is lightweight, with a sportier suspension setup making it agile. The weight of the SUV is well-balanced even around the corners. As it is only a front-wheel drive SUV, we do not recommend this to be taken to the dunes.

In the crowded compact SUV segment, the Jetour Dashing stands out with its feature-loaded cabin, exciting powertrain, and impressive looks. It is a well-rounded package for buyers looking for a modern and stylish SUV.
