The all-new iCaur V27 SUV has officially launched in the UAE, marking the global debut of Chery’s iCaur brand, the international version of its Chinese Domestic Market sub-brand — iCar. The Dubai launch event introduced three new electric vehicles: the flagship iCaur V27, the stylish iCaur 03T crossover, and the compact urban EV, iCaur V23.

The iCaur V27 will be available in two configurations:

Though UAE-specific pricing has not yet been released, estimates based on the Chinese market suggest a price range between AED 103,000 and AED 132,000 (approx. USD 28,000 to 35,000).

Regional variant and trim details are expected closer to the end of 2025.

The iCaur V27 features a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) system. This means the engine is used to charge the battery, not to drive the wheels directly.

This setup provides electric driving with petrol backup, ideal for long UAE road trips without charging worries. The RWD version is confirmed to use the same 1.5L turbocharged generator system and range-extended architecture. However, Chery has not revealed the complete specs of that variant.

The iCaur V27 is styled to look tough and adventurous. Its design is inspired by legendary off-roaders but infused with modern EV aesthetics.

Its design fits the UAE market’s love for bold, SUV styling.
