Amazon has bought a 17.84-acre lot in Fort Smith for over $1.3 million.
FORT SMITH, Ark. — Amazon purchased a 17.84 acre lot in Fort Smith on June 13, according to land use records.
The land is located at 4300 Geren Road and is listed as a “large industrial” zone.
Records show that on June 13, Stephens Land holdings, LLC sold the property to Amazon.com Services, LLC for over $1.3 million.
The property is reportedly in the Buske Drive Industrial Park area.
