Harrison County Police Chase Leads to Charges on Firearm and Nets Shinnston Man 63 Months in Prison

Jonathon Wade Cochran, 43, of Shinnston, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 63 months in federal prison for the unlawful possession of a firearm.


 


 


Cochran will serve three years of supervised release following his prison sentence.


 


Assistant U.S. Attorney William Rhee prosecuted the case on behalf of the government.


 


The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office investigated.


 


Chief U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
