FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS
There will be traffic delays on County Route 77/4, Coplin Run Road in Harrison County, approximately 0.23 miles southwest from intersection with Green Valley Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., on Monday, Sept. 8, 2025, for installation of a 12-inch HDPE water pipeline across the roadway.
Emergency vehicles and local traffic will have access with delays of 15 minutes or less.
Hours of operation will also adhere to local curfew as to not interfere with school bus routes and travel.
