Historic Building to See Continued Life as Ribbon Cut on Shinnston Dance Studio in Princess Theatre Site

Earlier this month, on August 16, officials from throughout Harrison County were on hand in the City of Shinnston for a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house for a business over taking over a historic piece of property in the city.


 


The event was for Ingra & Co., LLC. The dance Studio offers dance classes for all ages and all levels of dance.


 


It is located at 318 Pike St, Shinnston, which is the city’s main street corridor. Alyssa Riley is handling the operation and took over from Ingra Pratt.

The building is the old Princess Theatre building. Many may also associate it with Game Day Pizza that formerly did business there. Officials say it was the structure was built in 1940.
